Charbroiled Salmon recipe (Fish)

Charbroiled Salmon recipe (Fish) makes a great seafood dish cooked over charcoal fire. On rainy days you may fix this up inside the broiler and would taste as great.

INGREDIENTS

    * 1 cup soy sauce
    * 2 tablespoons red wine
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    * 2 pounds salmon steaks
    * 4 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish
    * 4 slices lemon, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

    * Mix together the black pepper, ginger, soy sauce and red wine together and then pour it over a seal able bag. Seal and shake to blend the ingredients together, put in the salmon and then remove the excess air from the bag. Chill for a couple of hours.
    * Set up the grill on moderate heat.
    * Place the salmons on the grill and cook for five minutes on each side while basting it from time to time.
